Returns
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once this period has passed.
Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, in the original packaging, and exactly as you received them. For products where hygiene is essential, items must be thoroughly cleaned before they can be accepted for return.
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These include underwear, lingerie, tights, and selected personal care items.

Refunds
Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued within 30 days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Delays or missing refunds: If you have not received your refund after 30 days, we kindly ask you to first check your bank account. If the refund is still not visible, please contact us via mail and we will be happy to assist you further.
Costs
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments. Returns must be sent to the place of the factory, and shipping costs start from $20, payable by the customer.
Exceptions
Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no cost to you. If the same issue occurs a second time, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price.
Order cancellations: Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled due to our automated processing system.
